Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of VantaCart ("VantaCart," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our website or application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use VantaCart.
What VantaCart is
VantaCart helps you build grocery lists and a shopping cart using natural language and browsing tools. Product names, images, prices, and availability may come from retailer or partner APIs. VantaCart is not a retailer, does not fulfill orders directly through these terms, and is not responsible for in-store stock, substitutions, or checkout with a third party.
Accounts
You may need an account (including through our authentication provider) to use certain features. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse VantaCart—for example, no automated scraping beyond normal personal use, no attempt to disrupt the service or other users, and no use that violates applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Third-party services
VantaCart integrates with identity, hosting, and retailer data providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control retailer systems and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to third-party data.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Catalog and pricing information may be incomplete or outdated; confirm important details in store or with your retailer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VantaCart and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of fifty dollars (USD) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
Changes
We may update these terms or the product. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
